


Richard Scott is President of RC Scott & Associates LLC, a Philadelphia-based sales effectiveness consulting firm. Rich brings to his clients thirty years of experience as a sales and executive management leader in the information technology industry. In his business leadership roles, he has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences, sales meetings and investor events.
Prior to founding RC Scott & Associates, Rich was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Antenna Software, where he instituted disciplined sales processes that contributed to an 80% revenue increase and the addition of 30 new Fortune 500 customers. Before Antenna, he was Senior Vice President of Sales at Thomson/NETg, a $150M/year software and services division of Thomson Inc. There he led an organization of 85 field sales representatives, 50 inside sales professionals, and 12 managers to double digit revenue growth while reducing operational costs 25%. Earlier in his career, Rich was the Eastern Vice President at Entrust where regional revenue grew from $8M to $37M over a three year period contributing significantly to a successful IPO. Rich also has held leadership roles at Sybase and Soft-Switch/Lotus Development. He began his career as an Account Executive at IBM.
Rich graduated cum laude from Allegheny College with a B.S. in Economics and received his MBA with Distinction from New York Institute of Technology.
